발명교사 직무분석을 활용한 직무연수프로그램 개발

The Development of the Job Training Program Using the Invention Teacher Job Analysis

이 연구는 발명교사 직무분석을 통한 능력 프로파일을 분석하고 발명교사 교육내용 표준체계와 상호분석하여 직무중심의 발명교사 연수프로그램을 개발하고자 한다. 이는 발명교사의 전문성을 제고하여 발명교육의 수준을 향상시키는 기초자료를 제공하는 데 연구의 목적이 있다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 발명교사 능력 프로파일은 54개의 표준작업분석표에 대한 선행연구 자료를 토대로 작업들을 서로 통합하고 유목화하여 명명한 것으로, 작업들 간의 지식, 기능, 시설, 기자재 및 작업 환경 등의 유사성에 근거하여 총 31개를 개발하였다. 둘째, 발명교사 능력 프로파일은 발명교사 연수프로그램 모듈에 따라 재배치 분류하였으며, 직무연수프로그램 소영역과 상호 관련성이 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 직무연수프로그램과 발명교사 교육내용 표준체계의 관련성은 발명교육학 대영역 10개 중 4개 대영역, 발명 내용학 대영역 7개 중 4개의 대영역과 연관되어 있다. 이는 발명교사 능력을 바탕으로 한 직무연수프로그램이 개발되었으며, 발명교사 교육내용 표준체계와의 연계된 내용임을 보여준다. 셋째, 직무연수프로그램은 이론형과 실습형으로 구성한 모듈형 교재 ‘발명교육의 실제’(30시간)를 개발하였다. 개발된 직무연수프로그램에 대한 파일럿테스트를 실시한 결과, 교육요구도는 ‘발명과 지식재산’ 모듈이 11.10으로 가장 높게 나타났다. 이는 지식재산의 중요성에 비하여 직무역량이 부족하므로 발명교사 연수프로그램에 지식재산 관련 내용을 보다 강화해야 한다. 직무연수프로그램의 교육만족도 분석 결과는 전체 문항의 평균이 4.69점(5점 만점)으로 프로그램에 대해 만족도가 높게 나타났다.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the ability profile through the invention teacher job analysis and to develop the job-oriented invention teacher training program by analyzing mutually with the invention teacher education contents standard system. This is to raise the professionalism of invention teachers and to contribute to providing basic data to raise standard of invention education. The results of this research are as follows. First, the invention teacher ability profile is named by integrating and categorizing the works based on the data of preceding researches on 54 standard work analysis charts and a total of 31 units were developed based on the similarity among the works in knowledge, function, facilities, and work environment. Second, the invention teacher ability profile was realigned and classified in accordance with the invention teacher training program module and it was found to have the mutual relation with the job training program subarea. The relation between the job training program and the invention teacher education contents standard system is connected with 4 major areas among 10 invention pedagogy major areas and with 4 major areas among 7 invention contents studies major areas. This shows that the job training program based on the invention teacher ability was developed, and it is the contents connected with the invention teacher education contents standard system. Third, the job training program, composed of the theory type and the practice type, developed ‘The Practice of Invention Education’ (30 hours), the module-type teaching material. The results of conducting pilot test on the developed job training program showed that ‘invention and intellectual property’ module was highest with 11.10 in the degree of education demand. This means that since the job capabilities are inadequate compared with the importance of the intellectual property, the intellectual property area should be reinforced in the invention teacher training program. The results of analyzing the degree of education satisfaction of the job training program showed that the degree of satisfaction with the program was high as the average score of the entire questions was 4.69 on a 5-point scale.
