‘교과 속에서 찾은 발명 이야기’ 원격 발명교육 연수 참여 교사의 연수 내용에 대한 중요도와 수행 수준 및 교육 요구도 분석

이 연구 주제인 ‘교과 속에서 찾은 발명 이야기 연수’는 2015년부터 특허청과 한국발명진흥회 원격교육연수원에서 운영하고 있다. 이에 본 연구 목적은 초기 도입단계인 교과 속에서 찾은 발명 이야기’ 연수 내용에 대해 교사들이 인식하는 중요도, 수행 수준, 출석 연수에 대한 교육 요구도를 파악하는 데 있다. 이 연구의 방법은 ‘교과 속에서 찾은 발명 이야기’ 연수에 참여한 교사 전체에게 설문지를 배부하여 76개(76%)의 설문지가 회수되었다. 설문지는 리커트 5점 척도로 응답하고 이 연수와 관련하여 출석 연수 내용에 대해 구체적으로 의견을 기술하도록 하였다. 설문 결과는 IPA Matrix를 활용하여 분석하였다. 이 연구의 결과 첫째, 연수를 받은 교사들은 연수 내용에 대해 중요한 편이다(4.286)라고 여기며 수행 수준은 보통이다(3.634)로 인식하고 있었다. 중요도와 수행 수준의 사이에는 유의한 차이 (.000)를 보였다. 특히, 10차시 ‘전자파로부터 자유로운 삶’, 13차시 ‘인체공학적 디자인’ 의 경우 가장 시급하게 출석 연수를 통해 수행 수준을 높일 필요가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 출석 연수에 대한 구체적인 의견 조사 결과 교사들은 최근 첨단 기술이나 첨단 미래 산업 등의 내용을 수업에 적용할 수 있도록 자신들이 직접 발명하고, 특허 출원하는 체험 연수, 연수 내용을 수업하는 방법에 관한 출석 연수가 개설되길 원하였다. 이 연구를 통해 제언하면 ‘교과 속에서 찾은 발명 이야기’ 연수와 관련하여 출석 연수를 개설할 때에는 학교 현장에서 수업하는 데 도움이 되는 연수 내용 사례 중심의 교육 방법으로 이루어지되 학교급별 연수를 편성하여 진행되어야 할 것이다.

The research subject, Invention Stories in a Curriculum training session has been run by the Korean Intellectual Property Office and Distance Education Training Institute of Korea Invention Promotion Association since 2015. The purpose of this study is to analyze teachers perceived significances, performance levels and educational requirements about the training contents of Invention Stories in a Curriculum in the introduction stage. Research method was to distribute questionnaires to all teachers in training session of Invention Stories in a Curriculum and 76 questionnaires (76%) was collected. The questionnaires asked to answer in Likert 5-Point Scale and describe their own opinions of educational requirements about the attending training session. The questionnaire result was analyzed with IPA Matrix. As a result of this study, first, teachers who attended the training session think that training contents are significant (4.286) and their performance levels are normal (3.634). There was a significant difference (.000) between significance and performance level. In particular, the 10th Electromagnetic Wave-Free Life and the 13th Ergonomic Design indicate that it is required to raise performance capabilities though the attending training session. Second, as a result of specified opinion research about the attending training session, teachers want training contents how to develop contents and obtain a patent contents to apply interested in high technology, future leading-edge industry and etc. to their classes. This study proposes to open an attending training session mainly about case studies which are helpful to educational field for each school level.
