이 연구는 교사들의 발명소양 함양을 위하여 사이버 발명교육 직무연수 콘텐츠를 개발하는데 주된목적이 있었으며, 개발 내용 주제의 선정, 스토리보드의 작성, 사이버 콘텐츠 개발, 교재 개발 등이 구체적인 연구의 목표였다. 이러한 연구의 목표를 달성하기 위하여 적용된 연구 방법은 문헌 연구, 개발연구, 전문가 회의 등이었다. On-line으로만 이루어지는 연수의 한계를 극복하기 위하여 off-line과 혼합된 ‘블랜디드 학습(Blended Learning)’의 형태로 개발하였다. On-line의 학습내용 범위는 5개 모듈에 걸쳐 27개 회차명(54시간)으로 구성하였고, off-line의 경우에는 ‘지식재산 만들기 프로젝트(6시간)’ 라는 명칭으로 Visual Thinking Tool을 활용하여 문제를 해결할 수 있도록 설계하였다. 사이버 온라인 콘텐츠를 개발하기 위하여 우선 콘텐츠에 담을 내용 주제를 전문가 회의를 통하여 선정하였으며, 다음으로 PP자료 1,000여 쪽에 달하는 스토리보드를 개발하였다. 이를 바탕으로 사이버 온라인 콘텐츠를 개발하였고, 또한 수강생들이 수업에 참고할 수 있는 교재(A4 용지 500여 쪽 분량)를개발하였다. 이번에 개발한 콘텐츠는 사이버 발명교육 직무연수의 효율성을 제고하고, 새로운 차원에서 발명지도교사 교육을 선도하는 파급 효과가 예상되며, 참신한 내용의 개발로 발명교육에 대한 이미지를 제고하는데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 보인다.
The purpose of this study was to develop a cyber contents(survival in the invention world) for invention education job training. This study was carried out through literature review, development research, and experts meeting. Contents were developed at the type of ‘Blended Learning’ to get over the limits of only on-line training. Five modules(54 hours) for on-line training and one module(6 hours) for off-line were developed. Five modules for on-line were ‘invention theory’, ‘creativity development’, ‘operation of invention class(club)’, ‘basis of knowledge property’, and ‘drawing invention’. And, one module for off-line was ‘project of making a knowledge property’. First of all, concrete subjects for the development of cyber contents were chosen through several experts meetings. Storyboard amounting to 1,000 pages at the Power Point was prepared by professional instruction designers. And then, Cyber contents for job training in the invention education was developed at the base of the storyboard. Finally, textbook which was made of more than 500 pages was developed for on-line trainee. The contents developed will contribute to increase the effectiveness of job training in the invention education, to lead the invention education into the new paradigm, and to improve an image of the invention education.
