본 연구의 목적은 실과 수업시 구상스케치에 대해 교사들이 학생들을 지도할 때 효율적인 교수-학습이 수행되도록 도움을 주는 자료를 제공하는 것이며, 이를 위해 초등학교 고학년의 표현능력 발달 특성 고찰, 실과 교과에서 구상스케치와 관련된 내용을 분석, 구상스케치를 효율적으로 수행할 수 있는 방법과 자료를 제시하고, 디자인 원리, 구상스케치를 통한 시각적 사고, 시각적 사고와 창의성과의 관계를 살펴보고, 실과 구상스케치 지도시 몇 가지 효율적인 지도 방법을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등학교 고학년 학생은 선, 형, 입체감, 색, 패턴, 질감, 공간, 구도와 같은 디자인적 요소를 표현하는 능력이 발달하며, 재료와 용구를 다루는 기능도 상당히 발달하게 된다. 둘째, 실과교과에서 구상스케치 활동이 많은 단원의 활동주제에서 비중 있게 다루고 있다. 셋째, 기본 선의 표현으로서 직선 긋기, 곡선(자유곡선, 원) 긋기를 정확하고 효율적으로 그리도록하는 방법을 제시하였으며, 입체 및 공간 표현으로서 투상도(구상도, 조립도) 스케치, 투시도 스케치, 형태 스케치를 효율적으로 그리도록 하는 방법을 제시하였다. 넷째, 조화, 대비, 균형, 율동이라는 디자인의 원리들은 독립적으로 나타나는 것이 아니고, 상호 유기적인 관계를 갖고 총체적으로 나타나고 있어, 실과 구상스케치할 때 많은 부분에서 이러한 요인들이 매우 중요하게 작용될 것으로 생각한다. 다섯째, 실과 만들기, 꾸미기 등의 활동에서 구상스케치하는 시각적 이미지는 창의적 사고에서 매우 중요한 부분을 차지하고 있다. 여섯째, 초등학교 현장에서 교사가 학생들의 구상스케치를 수행하는 것을 지도할 때 활용할 수 있는 학생들의 구상스케치 유의사항 및 교사의 효율적인 스케치 지도방법에 대해 몇 가지를 제시하였다.
The purpose of this study was to offer the materials helping carrying out the effective teaching-learning when teachers teach students about the idea sketch at practical arts lesson. For this, it considered the characteristic of expression ability development in elementary high grade, analyzed contents related to the idea sketch in practical arts textbook, offered the materials and the method which can carry out the idea sketch effectively, considered the design principle, the visual thinking through idea sketch, and the relationship between visual thinking and creativity, and offered effective some teaching method for the idea sketch lesson. Results of this study were as follows: 1. Elementary high grade student develop the expression ability of design elements such as line, shape, cubic effect, color, pattern, texture, space, composition, and develop the skill treating materials and tools considerably. 2. At the activity themes of a lot of units deal with the idea sketch activities importantly in practical arts textbook. 3. It was offered the method how a straight line and a curved line(free curved line, circle line) as the basic line expression draw correctly and effectively, was offered the method how an isometric sketch, a perspective sketch, and a form sketch as the cubic and the space expression draw effectively. 4. Design principles such as harmony, contrast, balance, rhythm do not appear dependently, but appear with interdependence wholly. These factors will be operated many parts when the idea sketch draw in practical arts. 5. In the activity of making and decorating, the visual thinking drawing idea sketch occupy with very important parts at the creative thinking. 6. It was offered some methods for teacher s effective sketch lesson and matters to be attended to idea sketch for students when teacher teach students idea sketch at elementary school.
