이 연구의 목적은 초․중등학생의 농림바이오산업분야 진로탐색에 활용할 수 있는 체험 중심의 진로지도 프로그램을 개발하는데 있다. 이를 달성하기 위하여 문헌고찰, 설문조사, 전문가협의회 등의 연구방법을 활용하였다. 이 연구의 주요 결론은 다음과 같다. 1) 농림바이오산업 관련직업을 분야별로 동물관련직, 식물관련직, 식품관련직으로, 영역별로 연구·개발관련직, 생산관련직, 유통관련직, 서비스관련직으로 구분하여 프로그램을 개발하였다. 2) 초등학생용 프로그램에서는 총 20개 직업, 중등학생용 프로그램에서는 총 40개 직업에 대한 농림바이오산업 관련 진로체험학습이 이루어질 수 있도록 개발하였 다. 3) 해당직업에 대한 소개, 교실 안에서의 간접체험활동, 교실 밖에서의 직접체험활동, 참고사항으로 구성 체제를 갖춰 프로그램을 개발하였다.
The purpose of this study was to develop the program of work-based career guidance about green bio-technology industry for elementary and secondary school students. For the purpose, literature reviews, survey and experts’ committee were conducted. The major findings in this study were as follows: 1) Jobs in green bio-technology industry were divided into three sub fields- animal, plant and food related jobs, and four sub areas- research & development, production, distribution and service related jobs. 2) Total 20 jobs for elementary students, total 40 jobs for secondary school students were designed to experience career-related learning about green bio-technology industry. 3) This program was comprised of introduction to the jobs, indoor activities, outdoor activities and references.
