대학에서 학생들을 가르치는 교수자의 입장이라면 강의평가에서 높은 점수를 받음으로써 강의 만족도 및 담당 과목의 위상을 높이고 스스로 만족하고 성과급 산정이나 승진에도 유리한 위치를 점하고 싶은 것은 당연한 욕구일 것이다. 이 연구는 초등교사 양성기관에서 초등기술교육 영역의 강의평가 점수의 제고 방안을 모색하기 위한것으로 문헌연구와 조사연구에 의하여 수행되었다. 관련 문헌을 수집･분석하였으며, ○○교육대학교 2학년 학생 3개 학급을 대상으로 강의를 실시한 후 그 반응을 조사･분석하였다. 강의평가 점수가 높다는 것은 학습자의 입장에서는 강의에 대한 만족도가 높고, 교수자의 입장에서는 그에 따른 보상이 크며, 기술교육의 입장에서는 이미지가 좋아질 수 있다는 것을 의미한다. 초등기술교육 영역의 강의평가 점수의 제고 방안으로 일반적 방안과 구체적 방안으로 구분하여 제시하였다. 일반적 방안에서는 상황 요인 관점에서 간(間), 심(心), 구(具)의 관점에서, 교수자 요인 관점에서는 열정, 코드(눈높이), 3V(Verbal, Vocal, Visual), 기타 관점에서, 그리고 학습자 요인에서는 주목(Attention), 반응(Reply), 변화(Change) 등의 관점에서 제안하였다. 구체적인 방안에서는 초등기술교육 영역의 강의 내용과 운영 관점에서 초등기술교육의 정당성, 창의적 문제해결(기술 창의성), 발명사고 기법, 씽크와이즈, 핀란드 교육 비디오 시청, 목제품 만들기, 전자키트 꾸미기, 삼로스위치를 활용한 회로 꾸미기, 회로시험기 활용 등의 주제에 대하여 강의 전략을 간략히 제안하였다. 교수법은 예술(Arts)과 같은 속성을 지니므로 모범 답이 정해져있는 것이 아니다. 예술가가 혼신의 노력을 쏟아 부어 만든 작품에 영혼이 깃들듯이 초등기술교육을 위한 교수(teaching) 활동에 정성을 다할 때 학습자는 감동받고 만족하며 강의평가 점수도 제고된다.
Purpose of this study was to present improving plan of course evaluation score about professor s lecture of subject related to elementary school technology education(ESTE) in teacher training institute. This study was carried out throughout literature review and survey research. Improving plans of course evaluation score about professor s lecture of subject related to ESTE were categorized as general plans and concrete plans. General plans included situation factor, lecturer factor, learner factor, and other strategies. Interval, mind, and instrument elements belonged to situation factor. Passion, code, 3V(verbal, vocal, visual) belonged to lecturer factor. Attention, reply, and change belonged to learner factor. Concrete plans were proposed as lecture themes respectively Teaching method has properties as arts, so it hasn t an exemplary answer. The more lecturer teaches learner with all his might, the more learner is impressed and satisfied with his lecture. Factors related to improvement of course evaluation score are very complex. So, research to identify factors upon which influence the improvement of course evaluation score should be done in the future.
