Recently, the rapid increasing the numbers of one-person household in Korea is one of the best among OECD 42 countries. So, a research for impact of house market based on the characteristics of one-person household is essentially needed for achieving efficient policy of supply and demand of one-person household depending on the rapidly increase of one-person household. Summary of the research s result is as follows. the characteristics of one-person household is consisting of a first construct with populational factors, economical factors and locational factors, and consisting of a second construct with characteristics of one-person household behind the first construct, so it is set with a hierarchical factor model, and hierarchical factor model is also proved to be an excellent model. In a non-recursive model for the performance variables, the house location importance and house facility importance are not a interaction model receiving one another to influence. All the hypotheses of positive relationships among good the characteristics of one-person household, the house location importance, house facility Importance are statistically accepted without the hypotheses of interaction model among performance variables, house location importance, house facility Importance. Therefore, I hope that especially the point to the model laid the foundation to use the high-order-dimensional structures, such as hierarchical multi-factor model for the characteristics of one-person household interactions, and the result of this objective research can provide various implications on supplying of housing aimed at one-person household.
