A Study on the Important factors of the development on the Future Sub-urban house

The purpose of this study is to explore important factors of the development on the Future Sub-urban house. This study attempted to deduct and analyze important factors of the development among real estate characteristic, economic characteristic and social characteristic. Moreover, this study attempted to conduct the analysis using the general statistical processing method based on the demographical data obtained from the questionnaire research on the basis of the understanding that the identity of the specialist is ambiguous when AHP is used under development of the future sub-urban house. And it attempted to analyze the cross-tabs of demographical characteristics by professional group to make an in-depth understanding of the specific contents. Finally, This study was made to find out the degree of importance through the case revealed that development on the future sub-urban house. The results of the study are as follows, First, it was found that human network is the most important factor among development on the future sub-urban house. Second, it was found that continuos income factor is more important factors of the future sub-urban house. Finally, it was found that unified administration system factor of the sub-urban house complex is important factors of the future sub-urban house.
