화학적 필링 후 손상받은 피부를 효과적으로 관리할 수 있는 방법을 찾고자 여성들에게 글리콜릭산 필링 후 알로에와 스쿠알렌 피부관리가 여성의 피부상태에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 일반적으로 필링 후 일간은 피부가 2~3 건조하고 각질이 잘 일어나는 것으로 알려져 있으므로 본 연구에서는 보다 효과적인 결과를 얻기 위하여 이 기간동안 단순한 진정 마스크와 영양 공급만을 한 뒤 마사지 관리를 적용하였다. 실험의 결과를 효율적으로 만들기위하여 모든 그룹의 피실험자들에게 자외선 접촉을 막기 위한 햇빛노출을 금지하도록 주문을 하였고 홍반 및 pH 감염 등을 막기 위해 자외선 차단제를 도포할 것을 주문하였다. 실험 후 설문조사에서 이들 그룹의 대다수가 주름이 감소되었다고 보고하였는데, 특히 스쿠알렌군 알로에군에 비하여 좀더 높은 지수를 나타내었다. 이는 높은 수분 함유량과 낮은 유분 함유량 그리고 주목할만한 피부 pH 지수의 변화 등으로 인한 것이라 사료된다. 공통적으로 알로에군과 스쿠알렌군의 피부관리를 통하여 나타난 결과는 화학적 필링 후 보습효과와 유분 감소효과가 탁월하다는 것이다. 특히, 스쿠알렌 그룹에서는 괄목할만한 피부 pH 조절효과가 나타났으며 이는 지속적 피부관리가 화학적 필링의 기미, 주름, 여드름 등에 미치는 효과를 상승시킬 수 있음을 의미한다.
There are various cosmetics, medicines and medical equipments for skin peeling in lots of esthetic salons and clinics but only a few esthetic programs for care the skin which damaged by chemical peeling. This study was conducted to examine the effect of aloe and squalene skin care on the skin condition of women after glycolic acid peeling. It is known that the skin was dried and rose lot of horny substance during 2-3 days after peeling. In this study, the 1st massage with aloe and squalene was done after 3days. The moisture quantity in the aloe group was elevated from 47.76AU to 57.64 and it was elevated from 47.99AU to 55.62AU in the squalene group. Also the oil quantity was changed 77.29um/cm2 to 27.14um/cm2 in the aloe group and 88.38um/cm2 to 42.25um/cm2 in the squalene group. It was warned against all group to avoid sunbeams due to UVultraviolet rays and to apply sunscreen because of erythema, PIH and infection but not easy from high temperature and holiday season. Also it was recommended to take good meals, relaxation, sleep, stop smoking and continuous exercise but not easy from same reason. This made high index of erythema. Many people in these group said that the most effective change on the skin was reduced wrinkle and it was more secured in the squalene group than aloe group. It is supposed that this result was combined with the higher quantity of moisture, lower reduction of oil quantity and the significant change of pH in the squalene group than aloe group. It is founded that skin care with aloe and squalene accomplished moisturizing effect, sebum reduction effect after chemical peeling. Especially the continuous moisturizing effect and pH control effect was significant in the squalene group. It is supposed that the lasting skin care could elevate the effect of peeling for freckles, wrinkle and acne. Also it is supposed to show very effective result in the moisturizing process and pH control process. This study was designed to examine the degree to which the changes of moisture, oil, pH, melanin and erythema in the skin care with aloe and squalene after chemical peeling. The results indicated that all these factors are positively related to the aloe and squalene massage care.
