韓國企業의 國際化에 관한 硏究

Nowadays it is general trend for most of enterprises to extend their business into oversea markets, not satisfied with their domestic activities. With this, they plan the internationalization of enterprise activity or management. This is because it is indispensable to solve various problems resulting prom the large scale of business. Of course, these motives are to lead to display their superior ability of each enterprise to result in accomplishing maximization of profit, its ultimate purpose, from trade, production or sales in overseas. From environmental stand-point of enterprise activity, it is very important that they should plan proper countermeasure to recognize international situation and to strenghten international competition power for survival. This study will put emphasis on internationalization process and development stages of our enterprises, and the mast desirable expart strategy and overseas licencing, in ternational turnkey activity, overseas investment. We have to study strategic direction for internationalization in order that korean enterprise could go into world market, and to stand side by side with enterprises of world. In to order to secure superior position in world market for korean enterprise, we should study firet internationalization process of korean enterprise, next we should study model of typical international enterprise, and show international strategy and improving point for korean enterprises. For this in this treatise, I studied the process of the internationalization of Korean enterprise, classifying the model of enterprises as that toward overseas, that toward local spot, that toward world on their development stages, and explained and illustrated model of enterprise internationalization, then suggested internationalization strategy and improving point for Korean enterprise, at the level of international management and enterprise environment. In conclusion, I would say that developing management control methods based on creative and systematic management plan and strengthening competion power and proper countermeasure for flexible international environment to expect successful and active result for internationalization of korean enterprise. Admitting a little difference depending on business, but we have to plan our own enterprise internationalization fitting the environment of korsan enterprise often analyzing and studying firstly marketability, secondly profitability, thirdly stability. Raising professional international manager, securing international resources on remunerative terms and trying to utilize international finance properly are necessary with great interest in overseas information.
