A Study on the Protection of Starting Switch of Single-Phase Condenser Induction Motor

A test handling of two-series condenser Induction motor with additionally designed assistant winding according to the formulas of transitional current and the characteristic equations has shown two significant results: 1) The in Induction motor with the newly design assistant winding can preclude contact melt adhesive phenomenon occured by transitional current without significant change in the conventional characteristics of the two-series condenser induction motor and the condenser starting Induction motor. The centrifugal switch on the new model of Induction motor can be used almost permanently. 2) The existing two-series Condenser Induction motor can be manufactured in smaller site.
