In this paper, a new type of Content Addressable Memory with a maximum search time of 100 nsec is described. The architecture of the device is attractive for high performance application because it minimizes search time by implementing a single access, parallel word search. This device also have TTL compatible I/O levels and can be operateds in RAM mode for debug purposes. The design of CAM device is realized by a SST P-WELL CMOS technology.
