Companies as a key economic unit forming the modern society seek for the profit of their own by creating the economic values which society needs. The goal of the companies was said to maximize their profits in the past and was recognized to perform their basic responsibility for the society through the economic activities, including production and employment, in the process of pursuing the profits. However, an awareness about the social responsibility activities of the company has gradually risen in its importance and with the enacted international standard of social responsibility (ISO 26000), the social responsibility activities of the company become the essential management element, not the unnecessary regulations, nor the one of luxury items. That is, it is an essential strategy for enhancing the competitiveness of the company, not only for therefore, this study is to examine the structural relationship between the social responsibility activities and the trust in the whole organization, the job satisfaction of the employees with the realization of the importance of the social responsibility activities of the company. For the empirical analysis, a survey was conducted targeting the employees of the small and medium manufacturers in Busan area. Among a total of 240 copies of which 39 copies were excluded due to their inconsistent responses, 201 copies of questionnaires were recognized as valid samples and finally used in this study. The results of the empirical analysis are as follows. Firstly, it is found that the social responsibility activities, including economic responsibility, legal responsibility, ethical responsibility, and charitable responsibility, have a positive (+) effect upon the trust in organization and among them the economic responsibility has the greatest effect on the trust in organization. Secondly, it is found that the trust in the whole organization has the significant positive (+) effect upon the job satisfaction of the employees. Considering that the social responsibility activities of the company are the variable directly affecting the attitude of the organization members, it is necessary for the company to be reminded of the importance of the social responsibility activities and to set up specific plans and it is also necessary for the entire members of the organization to recognize and understand the social responsibility activities.
