The theoritical developments in human behavior have showed us the steps: Traditional management, Human relations and Behavioral science. The theory of human relations came out from the theoritical limitations of the traditional management and its critical defects have deueloped into the behavioral science. Hower, since this behavioral science has been developed from its own authoritative viewpoints or studies, it is hard for us to find its unified viewpoints and has much insufficient points to solve the important human behavioral problems in the modern management. Therfore, in modern behavioral theory. aside from the partial or authori tative studies in the past, more experimental and objective studies must be carried to impart motivation from the synthetic viewpoints including the development of personal ability, the future expectancy, reward, human relationship, job satisfaction and achievment etc., which are the pinpoints of human needs.
