The characteristic of power system is very dynamic and it’s analysis is a one of the most important problem for power system operation. In this paper, for the simplicity, the state matrix of system statespace equation is composed block diagonal form. And the dynamic interaction between interconnected systems is determined correctly by the index using interconnected bus voltage deviation. A numerical simulation is included using a five-generator fifteen-bus system to illustrate the usefulness of the proposed technique.
