In this paper, the author proposes and constructs the bias circuit which is named semi fixed bias. A high frequency & high power generator using static induction transitor (SIT) is used this semifixed bias circuit. The generator is capable of delivering 0.5Kw, from 150KHz to 450KHz sinusoidal power to a directly coupled load.
