Recently social economies such as social enterprise, cooperatives, are recognized as new alternative of solving the problem of high gap between the rich and the poor. But they are needed to have a excellent leadership which can solve a lot of problem in initial stage of start-up such as the conflict between community members and enhance commitment and cooperation of all members of the social economic organization. Through literature review of leadership in social economies and case study of Woojin Bus Transportation , this paper identified that appropriate leadership according to organizational life cycle is very important factor on satisfaction of its members which leads to higher performance of the social economic organization. Charismatic transformational leadership in stage of start-up and participatory servant leadership in the stage of growth according to organizational life cycle in social economy are explained and identified to bring a good performance through case study and empirical test of Woojin Bus Transportation .
