A Study on Mediating Effect and Moderating Effect of Career Orientation and Entrepreneurial Intention : Focused on the Effect of Entrepreneurial Capacity Building Education and Entrepreneurial Education

In order to eliminate the fear of entrepreneurship, this study aims to understand the future professions of college students and to develop the competence of students in the school and the effect of learning through the relationship between the competence- This study examines the effects of the capacity-building education on the willingness to start a business. In addition, career orientation in college is intended to help improve competency-building education and entrepreneurial willingness to develop students competencies in schools. In addition, other prior researches are different from the one in which education participation is used as a control variable. By correctly understanding the effect of modifying the effect of student education on the capacity building education, it is necessary to improve the willingness of the university students to start their own business. I would like to propose the educational program and the environment for college students.
