A Study on the Mismatch of Solar Industry Specialized Human Resource:

Solar industry is the fastest-growing industry and because of this reason, not only their labor training establishment is not systematic planed, but also request on necessary human resource in Solar industry are not being supported in education. The most important resource in any industry is the human resource. Therefore necessary human resource for Solar industry should be supplied in the right time. The mismatch between current training human resource and human resource that companies need are very serious than other industries. This is because the solar industry is high-tech industry and the human resource they need should have multidisciplinary knowledge (electronic, materials engineering, chemical engineering, production technology and etc). Therefore, this paper is going to present the necessary human resource for future solar power industry through analysis of solar industry’smismatch.
