대학생의 여가생활과 삶의 질: 여가제약, 여가제약 협상노력, 생활 만족 간 관계

Leisure and Life Quality of University Student:

본 연구는 여가제약요인(금전적 요인, 비금전적 요인), 여가제약 협상노력(금전적 노력, 비금전적 노력), 생활만족 간의 관계를 파악하기 위해 2015년 11월부터 12월까지 경기지역의 대학생을 대상으로 실증분석 하였는데 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 금전적 제약요인이 높다고 판단되면 금전적 여가제약을 해결하기 위한 협상노력이 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 금전적 여가제약에 대한 노력의 정도가 높을수록 생활만족이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 금전적 제약요인과 비금전적 제약협상노력 간에는 비유의적인 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 금전적 여가제약요인이 생활만족에 미치는 영향은 부(negative)의 방향으로 나타났다. 넷째, 비금전적 여가제약 요인이 금전적/비금전적 여가제약 협상노력에 모두 부(negative)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 비금전적 제약요인과 생활만족 간의 관계는 통계적으로 유의적이었으나 그 유의성은 제한적이었다. 본 연구결과는 대학이나 관계당국에 대학생들의 여가제약을 해결하는데 필요한 프로그램을 개발하는데 많은 시사점을 제공하고 있다.

The purpose of this research is to find relationship between life leisure constraints, leisure constraints negotiation and life satisfaction. This research was taken on a population of 390 university students in Gyonggi province on end of 2015. We used AMOS 22.0 program to accomplish purpose of study. The results are as follows. First, the more people have monetary constraints the more they have negotiation effort. Besides, when highly effort to solve monetary constraints, they have higher satisfaction. Second, there are no significant relationship between monetary constraints and non-monetary negotiation effort. Third,monetary constraints has a negative impact on life satisfaction. Fourth, non-monetary constraints has a negative impact on monetary/non-monetary constraints. Finally, there are significant relationship between non-monetary constraints and life satisfaction. But, it was limited. The results of this study provide significant implication for university and the authorities concerned to develop various leisyre constraints solving program.
