대학교육의 질 개선을 위한 교과목 CQI 시스템 개발 및 적용

The Developing and Applying Course CQI System for improving the Quality of University Education

본 연구의 목적은 대학의 교과목 수준의 교육 질 개선을 목표로 체계적인 과정 및 절차, 평가방법 및 도구, 실행원리 및 지침 등이 포함된 교과목 CQI 시스템을 개발, 적용하는데 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 형성연구방법을 적용하여 문헌연구를 통해 이론적 단계의 교과목 CQI 시스템을 개발하고, 이를 1, 2차 형성평가를 통한 전문가 검토, 현장적용을 통해 최종 교과목 CQI 시스템을 개발하였다. 본 연구결과 개발된 교과목 CQI 시스템은 첫째, 지속적인 교육 질 관리 체제로 (1)수업계획 질 관리, (2)수업실행 질 관리, (3)수업성과 질 관리의 3단계가 이루어지면서 단계별로 ‘평가결과 성찰 및 피드백’이 이루어지도록 하였다. 둘째, 각 단계별 과정 및 절차에 따라 활용 가능한 대표적인 평가방법 및 도구(예시)를 제시하여 체계적인 분석이 이루어질 수 있도록 하였고, 더욱 신뢰성 있고 타당한 평가를 위해서 평가방법 및 도구의 적정화, 다양화가 가능하도록 하였다. 셋째, 교과목 CQI 시스템 적용 대상자를 위한 CQI 시스템의 활용 목적(목표)과 관련된 실행원리 및 전략, CQI 과정 및 절차별 평가방법 및 도구를 활용하는 데 필요한 실행원리 및 전략으로 구분하여 제공함으로써 시스템의 실천 가능성을 높이고 있다. 이러한 연구결과는 대학의 교과교육 및 교육과정 질개선을 위해 CQI를 적용하고자 할 때 필요한 체계적인 과정 및 절차, 평가방법 및 도구 등에 실제적 정보를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to develop and apply course CQI system which includes systematic processes and procedures, evaluation methods and tools, execution principles and guidelines, enabling continuous education quality improvement through the formation and operation of university education curriculum. This study adopted formative research methods, literature review, this first and second formative evaluation, and verification through field applications in order to develop course CQI system. The characteristics of the developed course CQI system are as follows: first, as ongoing education quality management system (1)The quality management of lesson plans, (2)The quality management of lesson execution, and (3)The quality management of lesson result, made a three-step lessons and quality control were to occur this evaluation reflection and feedback. Second, the implementation of the system possibilities by providing separated by runs needed to take advantage of running on the utilization purpose (goal) of the course CQI system principles and strategies, CQI process and procedure-specific assessment methods and tools for course CQI system applied subjects principles and strategies the increase can. The course CQI system will be able to provide practical information such systematic processes and procedures, evaluation methods and tools that you need when you want to apply the CQI for curriculum and training courses to improve the quality of the university education.
