간호대학생의 학업적 자기효능감, 임상수행 자신감

Academic Self-Efficacy and Clinical Nursing Competence of Nursing Students

본 연구는 간호대학생의 학업적 자기효능감, 임상수행 자신감을 파악하고, 임상수행 자신감에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위하여 진행하였다. 연구 대상자는 이론과 실습 과목 교과과정을 이수한 3학년 간호대학생 125명이었고, 자료 수집기간은 2015년 3월 23일부터 2015년 11월 6일까지였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 21.0 Program을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 기술통계, ANOVA, multivariates regression를 실시하였다. 본 연구결과, 임상수행 자신감에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 일반적 특성중에는 건강상태, 학업적 자기효능감 중에는 자기조절효능감과 자신감이 통계적으로 유의하였다. 이러한 결과는 간호대학생의 교육과정 중 건강상태를 유지하고 학업적 자기조절효능감과 학업적 자신감을 증진시킬 수 있는 효율적인 교과과정 운영 및 적용이 필요함을 보여준다. 이러한 학업적 자기효능감에 근거한 교육과정은 간호대학생의 임상수행 자신감을 향상시킬 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate academic self-efficacy and clinical nursing competence and to identify the factors that influence clinical nursing competence. Study participants were 125 junior nursing students who completed the third grade curriculum including the nursing practicum. Data were collected from March 23 to December 6, 2015. Collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, ANOVA, and multivariate regression using SPSS WIN statistics version 21. The mean score for self-regulation efficacy was 4.19±0.92, the mean score of preference for task difficulty was 3.72±0.99, and the mean score for self-confidence was 3.69±1.14 in descending order. The average number of points for clinical nursing competence was 29.90±4.70 of 40. Healthconditionofgeneralcharacteristics (β=-.197, p=.023),, self-regulation efficacy(β=.323, p=.001) and self-confidence(β=.304, p=.001) showed statistical relevance in factors that influence clinical nursing competence, which explained about 28% of the variance. Results suggest that nursing curriculums to improve and enforce clinical nursing competence should be considered.
