융복합 에너지 프로그램에 참여한 학생들의 ABCD 역량 분석

The ABCD Competency Analysis of the Students Participating in Yungbokhap Energy Program : Focusing on Observational Evaluation

본 연구는 21세기 교육의 대안으로 제안하는 융복합교육을 지향하고 함으로써, ‘자율성’, ‘가교성’, ‘맥락성’, ‘다양성’(즉 ABCD)의 교육원리에 기반을 둔 에너지 프로그램을 개발하고 적용하였다. 2016년 1월에 서울시 소재 H대학교 사범대학에서 실시한 “융복합 에너지 프로그램” 탐구기반 수업은 중학생 14명을 대상으로 실험학교 형태로 3일간 운영되었다. 이 프로그램은 에너지 문제를 바탕으로 학생들 자신의 일상에서 출발하여 전 지구적 시각으로 인식을 확장 할 수 있도록 하며, 다양한 교과의 지식을 융합한 탐구활용과정을 통하여 창의적 문제해결과 민주적 의사결정 역량을 함양하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이 프로그램이 운영되는 동안 참여한 학생들의 수행과 성취과정은 융복합교육모델 개발 연구팀의 연구진과 융복합교육에 대한 사전연수를 받은 현장교사의 관찰을 통해 루브릭에 결과가 기록되었다. 이에 본 연구는 융복합 에너지 프로그램에 참여한 학생들의 ABCD 역량을 분석한 사례를 고찰하고자 한다.

This study proposes a Yungbokhap education as an alternative education for the 21stcentury. Anenergy program based on the ABCD (‘Autonomy’, ‘Bridgeability’, ‘Contextuality’, and Diversity’) principle was developed and applied. In January 2016 a class based on research titled, “Yungbokhap Energy Program”, had been held in the College of Education at H University located in Seoul for three days with 14 middle school students. Based on the energy problem, this program aimed to lead students to start from their own daily life and expand students’ perception to the global perspective. It also aims to cultivate students’ creative problem solving through research-utilizing processes that combine knowledge of various subjects and cultivate their democratic decision-making capacity. During the course of the program, the students’ performance and achievement processes were recorded at Rublic via the observation of the research team of the convergent education model development and on-site teachers who had completed the training of the convergent education. In this regard, this study aims to investigate the case of the ABCD competency analysis of students who participate in “Yungbokhap Energy Program”.
