사범계열 대학생이 인식한 긍정심리자본과 진로준비행동 간의 관계에서 사회적지지의 매개효과 분석

An Analysis of a Mediation Effect that Social Support has on Relationship between Positive Psychology Capital and Career Preparation Behavior perceived by Students in College of Education

본 연구는 사범계열 대학생을 대상으로 긍정심리자본과 진로준비행동 관계에서 사회적지지의 매개효과를 검증하는데 목적을 둔 실증적 조사연구이다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 대구 및 경북지역에 소재한 사범대학교 3학년 340명을 연구대상으로 선정하여 2016년 5월 15일부터 31일까지 2주간에 걸쳐 설문조사를 수행하였다. 수집된 설문자료는 SPSS 프로그램을 이용하여 신뢰도 검증, 상관관계분석, 다중회 귀분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 긍정심리자본는 진로준비행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 사회적지지 역시 진로준비행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 긍정심리자본과 진로준비행동 관계에서 사회적 지지의 매개효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 특히 긍정심리자본과 진로준비행동 관계에서 교수지지의 부분매개효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 대학생의 진로준비행동은 다양한 환경적 개념의 틀 속에서 고려되어야만 정확한 이해를 도모할 수 있기 때문에 대학생의 진로준비행동과 결정을 조장하고 지원할 수 있는 환경적 요인을 파악하여 긍정적인 환경을 구축해야 할 것이다.

This study is empirical research intended to test a mediation effect of social support on relationship between positive psychology capital and career preparation behavior for students in college of education. In order to attain the purpose of this study, 340 juniors in college of education located in Daegu and Gyeongbuk province were selected as study participants, and were surveyed. With regard to the collected survey data, by using SPSS program, a reliability test, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis was carried out, and the following results of study were produced. First, it was shown that positive psychology capital and social support had a positive effect on career preparation behavior. In particular, hope in positive psychology capital, and peer support and professor support in social support had a positive effect on career preparation behavior, and it was shown that optimism in positive psychology capital had a negative effect on career preparation behavior. Second, a mediation effect of social support on relationship between positive psychology capital and career preparation behavior turned out to be significant. In particular, a partial mediation effect of professor support on relationship between positive psychology capital and career preparation behavior turned out to be significant. It is possible to attempt to exactly understand college students career preparation behaviors only if these are considered in the various conceptual frameworks of environment. Therefore, a positive environment should be created by grasping an environmental factor that can promote and support college students career preparation behavior and decision.
