평가염려 완벽주의와 성취목표지향성이 대학생의 학업적 지연행동에 미치는 영향

The Effects of Evaluative Concerns Perfectionism and Goal Orientation on College Students Academic Procrastination

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 평가염려 완벽주의와 성취목표지향성이 학업적 지연행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 부산 D대학에서 200명의 학생으로부터 자료를 수집 하였고 다음과 같이 연구문제를 설정하여 분석하였다. 첫째, 대학생의 평가염려 완벽주의가 학업적 지연행동에 미치는 영향은 어떠한가? 둘째, 성취목표지향성이 학업적 지연행동에 미치는 영향은 어떠한가? 셋째, 평가염려 완벽주의와 성취목표지향성이 학업적 지연행동에 미치는 영향은 어떠한가? 이다. 본 연구에서 설정한 독립변인이 종속변인에 미치는 영향력을 검증하기 위한 통계처리는 SPSS 22.0을 사용하였고 상관분석과 중다 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구의 결과를 통해 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 평가염려 완벽주의의 하위요인 중 수행의심이 학업적 지연행동에 영향을 미치는 변인으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 성취목표지향성의 하위요인 중 숙달목표지향성과 수행회피 지향성이 영향을 미치는 변인임을 확인하였다. 셋째, 평가염려 완벽주의와 성취목표지향성의 하위요인을 모두 함께 투입했을 때 수행의심, 숙달목표, 수행회피 순으로 영향을 미치고 있었다. 이러한 결과를 통해 학업적 지연행동을 보이는 학생들에 대한 개입에 대한 시사점을 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of the evaluative concerns perfectionism and goal orientation on college students academic procrastination. The objects of the study were 200 students in D University. The collected data were analyzed by using correlational analysis and multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of this study, the major findings were as follows: First, according to the analysis of the correlation doubts about action had an only effect on academic procrastination. Second, mastery goal and work-avoidance goal had an effect on academic procrastination. Three, doubts about action, mastery goal and work-avoidance goal had an effect on academic procrastination. From above results, it was suggested to form adaptive goal orientation and reduce doubt about action.
