예비유아교사의 자기효능감과 그릿의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 매개효과

The mediating effect of resilience on the relationship between the self-efficacy and grit of pre-service early childhood teachers

본 연구는 예비유아교사의 자기효능감과 그릿의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 역할을 살펴보고, 예비유아교사의 그릿을 강화하기 위한 방안을 모색하고자 수행되었다. 연구대상은 예비유아교사 194명이며, PASW 18.0 프로그램을 활용하여 매개효과를 분석단계에 따라 위계적 선형분석을 실시하였다. 첫째, 예비유아교사의 자기효능감, 회복탄력성, 그릿은 보통 수준을 보였다. 둘째, 예비유아교사의 자기효능감, 회복탄력성, 그릿 간에 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 예비유아교사의 자기효능감과 그릿의 관계에서 회복탄력성은 부분매개효과가 있었으며, 자기효능감과 지속적 관심의 관계에서 회복탄력성은 완전매개효과를, 자기효능감과 꾸준한 노력의 관계에 있어 부분매개효과가 있었다. 이는 예비유아교사의 그릿을 강화하기 위해서는 자기효능감과 회복탄력성을 강화하기 위한 노력이 필요함을 시사한다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among self-efficacy, resilience, grit in pre-service early childhood teachers. The subjects in this study were 194 pre-service early childhood teachers. The data were analyzed by hierarchical regression using the SPSS program. The findings of the study were as follows: First, the level of awareness about their own self-efficacy, resilience, grit of the pre-service teachers were all above average. Second, there were significant positive correlations among self-efficacy and resilience, self-efficacy and grit, resilience and grit. Finally, as a result of analyzing the mediating effect of the resilience of the pre-service early childhood teachers on the relationship between self-efficacy and grit had a partial mediating effect on that. The findings of the study suggest that in order to boost the self-efficacy and grit of pre-service early childhood teachers, it s required to strengthen pre-service early childhood teachers resilience.
