Looking for a Solution to Cyber Crime in the Future Unified Korea

통일한국의 헌법은 자유민주주의와 인본주의를 기저로 하는 한국헌법의 보편적인 정신을 토대로 보다 인류애와 민주공화국정신을 확대발전시킨 것으로 구축되어야 한다. 2016년 현재 대한민국의 사이버범죄의 현황과 문제점을 살펴보고 궁극적으로 시민들의 행복을 증진시키는 방향으로 법제도를 정비할 필요가 있는 점을 본고에서 제기한다.

The future constitution of a Unified Korea should be constructed by expanding and developing the spirit of humanity and democratic republic based on the universal spirit of the South Korean Constitution founded on liberal democracy and humanism. In this paper, the present situation and problems of cyber crime in South Korea as of 2016 are analyzed. It is argued in this paper that the legal system needs to be improved in the direction of ultimately promoting the happiness of citizens.
