간호대학생의 자기주도 학습능력과 임상실습 후 임상수행능력과의 관계

The Relationships between self-directed learning competency and clinical competency among nursing students

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 자기주도 학습능력과 임상실습 후 임상수행능력의 수준 및 관계를 확인하기 위한 것이다. 본 연구는 2015년 9월 1일부터 10월 24일까지 서울에 소재한 일개 간호대학에서 구조화된 자가보고형 설문지를 이용하여 자료수집이 진행되었으며, 3학년에 재학 중인 48명의 간호대학생을 대상으로 하였다. 자료는 PASW software로 Independent t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, Hierarchical multiple regression을 이용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과, 간호대학생의 임상실습 후 임상수행능력은 자기주도 학습능력의 3가지 하부요인 즉 학습계획, 학습수행, 학습평가와 유의미한 양의 상관성이 있었다. 그리고 임상실습 전임상수행능력의 영향을 통제한 상태에서 자기주도 학습능력의 하부요인 가운데 학습계획이 임상실습 후 임상수행능력에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났으며, 임상실습 전 임상수행능력과 자기주도 학습능력을 포함한 모형의 설명력은 47%였다. 본 연구 결과에 근거하여 간호대학생의 임상실습 후 임상수행능력을 향상시키기 위한 간호교육 전략으로 자기주도 학습능력 가운데 특히, 임상실습 전 학습계획에 대한 준비가 필요할 것이다.

This study was conducted to analyse the relationships between self-directed learning competency and clinical competency. Data were collected through self-reported questionnaire from September 1, 2015 to October 24, 2015. The subjects were forty eight nursing students in 3rd year in Seoul. The data were analyzed using the PASW software for t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and hierarchical multiple regression. The results were summarized as follows; Among self-directed learning competency, learning plan, learning practice, and learning evaluation had significantly correlated with clinical competency. Additionally, among self-directed learning competency, learning plan was the significant influencing factor on clinical competency. In conclusion, nursing teaching strategies to enhance clinical competency need to consider self-directed learning competency, especially learning plan.
