구조화된 다중매체를 활용한 핵심기본간호술 교육이 미래 간호전문직의 자기효능감, 극복력 및 수행자신감에 미치는 효과

Effects of the Education of Core Fundamental Nursing Skills Using Structured Multimedia on Self-efficacy, Resilience and Clinical Competence in Future Nursing Professionals

미래 간호전문직인 간호학생은 임상실무에 필요한 역량을 함양하기 위해 다양한 교수학습방법을 통해 실습교육을 제공받는다. 본 연구의 목적은 구조화된 다중매체를 활용한 핵심기본간호술 교육이 미래 간호전문직의 자아효능감, 극복력 및 수행자신감에 미치는 효과를 파악하기 위함이다. 연구설계는 비동등성 전후 유사실험 설계이며, 연구대상자는 두 개 간호대학 4학년 학생들로 구조화된 다중매체 활용 핵심기본간호술 교육을 받은 간호학생을 실험군으로, 교육을 받지 않은 학생을 대조군으로 선정하였다. 자료수집은 교육중재 직전과 후에 하였으며, 자료분석은 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 사용하여 x2-test, Fisher s exact probability와 t–test로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 구조화된 다중매체를 활용하여 교육 중재를 받은 실험군은 대조군에 비해 자아효능감(t=3.402, p=.015), 극복력(t=2.047, p=.045) 및 수행자신감(t=2.128, p=.018)에서 통계적으로 유의한 증가가 있었다. 이러한 결과를 통해, 구조화된 다중매체 활용핵심기본간호술 교육은 미래 간호전문직인 간호학생의 자아효능감, 극복력 및 수행자신감을 증진시키는데 효과적인 교육방법 임을 알 수 있었다. 그러므로 간호전문직체계화 정착을 위해 간호학생에게 구조화된 다중매체 활용 핵심기본간호술 교육은 필수이며 지속되어야 한다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of the education of core fundamental nursing skills using structured multimedia on self-efficacy, resilience, and clinical competence in future nursing professionals. A quasi-experimental study with a non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest design was used. Participants were recruited from two nursing colleges. The sample consisted of an intervention group (n=31) that participated in the educational program and a control group (n=32). The data were collected using self-administered questionnaires. Data analyses utilized x2-test, fisher s exact probability & t–test with the SPSS 21.0 program. As a result of research, the experimental group showed a significant increase in the score of self-efficacy(t=3.402, p=.015), resilence(t=2.047, p=.045) and clinical competence(t=2.128, p=.018) than the control group. Findings in this study indicate that the education of core fundamental nursing skills using structured multimedia on self-efficacy, resilence, and clinical competence in future nursing professionals is an effective teaching method for nursing students.
