(Implication and Success Factors of Rural Tourism by Rural Amenity Resources)

The aim of this study is to assess the development strategies for fostering rural tourism focusing on rural amenities resources. This article examines the transition of strategies for rural development and evaluates comprehensively the progress of rural tourism. Finally, we establish new goals for ural tourism development. We also find marketing actions especially for the rural tourists should be undertaken to contribute to the improvement for the rural tourism sector because mouth to mouth publicity is one of the most effective forms of advertising methods. Overall, we find the successful elements in the three areas where activate rural amenities: Sanchae Village in Hoengseong, Gangwon-do, Exotic Experience Village in Seocheon, Chungcheongnam- do, Uljin Lohas Special Zone in Uljin, Gyeongsangbuk-do.
