This study was performed on the employees of the agricultural cooperatives to directly and indirectly analyze their communication, the job satisfaction, and the organizational commitment. For the study, LISREL statistics package was used for the analysis. The analysis showed the following results: first, only the precise job communication among the factors of the communication appeared effective directly and indirectly in terms of the organizational commitment. This means that the more precisely the job is given to the members, the more the members are satisfied with their job. Secondly, the sharing of the organizational value out of the communication factors significantly influenced ‘the wage satisfaction and the promotion satisfaction’ of the job satisfaction factors, and the precise job communication significantly affected ‘work satisfaction and the satisfaction with one‘s superior’. In addition, the communication campaign significantly gave an impact on ‘the work satisfaction, the satisfaction with one‘s superior‘, and the promotion satisfaction.’ Thirdly, only the ‘work satisfaction and the wage satisfaction’ of the job satisfaction factors gave a significantly positive impact on the organizational commitment. And, the ‘work satisfaction, the wage satisfaction, and the satisfaction with one‘s superior‘, and the promotion satisfaction‘ served as a role in mediating the communication and the organizational commitment.
