(Current position survey analysis of livestock manure resource circulation agriculture and improvements)

This paper analyzes the reality of livestock manure recycling system and proposes related policies. A survey was conducted on pool of 157 cooperatives that received from National Agricultural Cooperative Federation (NACF). We surveyed about regional Agricultural Cooperatives (AC) and Livestock Cooperatives (LC) implementing the agreement of the manure resource recycling system. It was investigated that the demand and supply of livestock manure has been unbalanced and the distribution process of the compost and liquified fertilizer was so serious. The estimated results show that the better compost quality and more expanding the agreements will increase the willingness to pay (WTP) of compost by AC. Moreover, the further strengthened evaluation system will increase WTP of compost.
