농작물재해보험의 위험분산체계 개선방안

This study reviews our current reinsurance system for crop insurance program and finds improvements on the system. We compare our reinsurance system with those of several developed countries and analyze returns of private institutes and government under our system to find improvements. As a result, we suggest to distribute risks between private insurance companies and government within the country through all levels of loss ratio for each of the two risk groups, high risk and low risk groups.
