로컬푸드에 대한 소비자 인식 조사연구

(A study of Consumer Perception of Local Food)

This study was to explore how consumers perceived the distance of “local” and how much they paid to buy local food with the influencing factors. First, most of respondents perceived eup․myun․dong and si․gun as being local and it presented the significant relationship between perceived ‘local’ distance and store purchased of local food. Second, half of the respondents considered the trustful relationship between producers and consumer as the most important role for local food and most of them concerned about the role of local food as an alternative way for current food system. Third, purchasing cost for local food per month was about 114,700 won and was found to be significantly influenced by shopping place, age, price, food consumption pattern and discussion experience.
