Examining Student Satisfaction on Educational Services of Agricultural Meister College

This paper analyzes the experience of Agricultural Meister College in the application of educational service qualities and the effect of those qualities on student satisfaction using survey data from Gyeongbuk Agricultural Meister College. The questionnaire was developed by incorporating Kano model and customer satisfaction coefficients. Results reveal most of educational services in Agricultural Meister College are indifferent quality and potential one-dimensional quality. Our specific results suggest that Agricultural Meister College should establish educational quality management system and implement quality assurance which will ensure continuous improvement and student satisfaction.
