A Study on Recycling Systems of Livestock Excretions and Benefits Analysis

The objectives of this study were to establish the recycling system of livestock excretions focused on resource circulation system and analyze the economic and environmental benefits. Not only are regional recycling system of livestock excretions extremely important to the economic and environmental aspect, they provide us with many useful products. Livestock excretions were shown to be either returned to the farmland in the form of liquid fertilizer or compost, or capable of producing electricity or heat energy by the biogas plants. Livestock excretions are used to make useful biogas, electricity and various agricultural raw materials which provide valuable contributions to the quality of ecological agriculture. In addition, environmental benefits are reduction of carbon dioxide emissions, reduction in methane gas, improvement of water pollution and sanitary problems.
