This study was to evaluate educational outcome of Agricultural Meister College Program. For the purpose this study utilized static-group comparison pre-experimental design: treatment was Agricultural Meister College Program; observation group 1 with treatment was farmers who had been participating in Agricultural Meister College Program; observation group 2 was normal farmers. To get data for the design, this study carried out a survey on 197 Agricultural Meister College Program participating farmers, and 653 normal farmers. Comparative analysis utilizing t-test between two groups indicated that Agricultural Meister College program gave participating farmers more intangible outcomes such as confidence on their farm management, new agricultural technology acquisition, and personal network expansion than normal farmers. Also, farmers participating in Agricultural Meister College program got more economic performances such as decrease of farm management cost, increase of agricultural productivity and farm income. Multiple regression including personal and farming variables (age, gender, farming career, school, career path to farmer, farm commodity, farm scale) showed that the most explainable variable to those intangible outcomes and economic performance was Agricultural Meister College Program participation. It was also found that the large portion of educational outcome of Agricultural Meister College Program was from the long-term education effect.
