A Study on the Managerial Strategy and Dairy Farmer’s Recognition of Vertical Dairy Marketing System

This study is to analyse the vertical dairy marketing system that has not been much activated yet. The Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) is employed to do it, after surveying dairy farmers’ recognition toward the marketing system. As a result, we find tasks of both farmers and government that could activate the production-to-processing business in dairy industry.
