In recent, as domestic wheat production increases sharply, a substantial plan to steadily expand its demand is considered. This study aims to investigate factors expanding consumption of domestic wheat processed products. To accomplish an objective of the study a consumer survey was conducted. Results show that important factors for expanding domestic wheat consumption are quality improvement and safety of wheat processed products. In addition, this study demonstrates that production of wheat processed products with high quality, enhancement of inspection for safety, and a size of processing companies are other key elements to expand consumption of domestic wheat processed products.
