한국어 초급 학습자를 위한 말하기 교수 방안 연구

A Study on the Teaching Method for Speaking of Beginners Learning the Korean Language - Focused on Numeral Pronouns and Nouns of Measurement -

언어란 자신의 생각이나 느낌을 나타내며, 서로 공감과 교감을 할 수 있게 만들기 위한 것으로, 좀 더 효율적이고 합리적으로 자신을 표현하고 타인을 이해하는 의사소통의 도구이다. 본고는 외국인 학습자들이 한국에서 살아가는데 꼭 필요한 언어적 특성 중 ‘수량사구’에 대한 학습방법을 통해 더 나은 의사소통과 더 많은 공감과, 자기표현을 할 수 있기를 목적에 두고 있다. 또한 그동안 다른 언어 영역에 비해 등한시 되어 오던 말하기 수업 중 구체적으로 초급 수량사구 말하기에 대한 지도안을 제시했다. 연구방법은 한국어 초급 학습자를 위한 말하기 교수 방안 연구를 수관형사와 단위명사 중심으로 진행해 왔으며, 초급 학습자들의 수량사구 말하기 활동에 대한 실제적인 교수법을 제안했다. 한국어를 공부하는 외국인 학생들이 초급단계에서 배워야 하는 수량사구의 활용이, 상황에 따라 다르게 적용되는 수관형사와 단위명사로 인해 어려움이 많았기 때문이다. 이번 연구를 통해 조금 더 발전된 수량사구 말하기 교수법을 제시하며, 이를 활용해 앞으로 더 나아지는 교육이 되길 바란다.

Language, the tool to express thoughts or feelings and enable sympathy and communication with others, has been used as a communication tool for understanding others as well as expressing the self more efficiently and reasonably. This paper proposes a detailed teaching plan for speaking the elementary level quantifier phrases, which has been neglected as compared to other language fields up to the present, to help foreign learners communicate, commune, and express themselves more efficiently and more frequently through a learning method for quantifier phrases among the language characteristics that are essential for them to live in Korea. Furthermore, the theoretic background of speaking education is discussed and the concept, functions and processes of speaking, and types and problems of speaking education are examined. Next, the types of speaking activity in the speaking textbooks for Korean language learners are analyzed. The problems in teaching methods include social language by gender, dialects, loanword and description in the textbooks, which can’t be used in reality. There are a number of teaching methods in various types and fields related to teaching and learning approaches related to numeral pronouns. However, teaching methods related to speaking have not been not sufficiently examined. Accordingly, the teaching methods for speaking numeral pronouns for those at the elementary level in Korean language programs should be more actively investigated. Moreover, it is necessary to identify an approach to teach numeral pronouns to foreign learners more efficiently.
