This thesis analyses the production efficiency of beef cattle in the way of nonparametric model and suggests the improvements for the efficiency managements. First, it estimates the efficiency index of each individual producers using the data on the production cost of beef cattle. Second, it grasps the characteristics with the use of individual specific variables from the efficient producers. Third, for the augmentation of production efficiency anaiyses the relation between the production size and efficiency which effect the variables most.
