New Zealand dairy industry is characterized by farming of pasture-intensive and cost-effective due to around-the-year grazing in the pasture-land. Climatical condition, that is weather and rainfalls, influences to the dairy farming, and is critical in milk production. Analyzing factors that influence on the growth of New Zealand dairy industry with its production function estimation, the pattern of its growth is found to be cyclical short along increasing scale either increasing borrowings or reducing it.
