The purpose of this study is to analyze the economic effects of korea-chile free trade agreement using multiregional computable general equilibrium model. In the mail results, the Korea-Chile FTA increased slightly the welfare and GDP in both countries, but balance of trade is decreased and the price level is increased. Especially, agricultural sector in Korea is decreased radically. Therefore, if the korea-chile FTA should be contracted, it is reasonable that agricultural sector should be pending or excluding.
