Annual WTP per household by those who live in areas with tidal flats (WEST) appears to be about 29,500 won, while it does to be 17,950 won without them(EAST). For experiences and recreation at tidal flats, those who with less experiences appear to tend to pay higher WTP than those with more. Also, existence values of tidal flats at the Sae-Man-Gum area are turned out to be considered as to be very important. The WEST give higher WTP than that of the EAST to the bequest values.
