The Promotion of Consumption on Fresh - Meat Brand

Consumer wants are getting changed and varied for foods: those are quality, safety, health, etc. This presses producers into branding, particularly fresh-meat branding, that emphasizes on quality and safety. Fresh-meat branding seems to satisfy both consumer and producer. This study is to identify fresh-meat brand, and propose and demonstrate the brand strategies designed to promote consumption.
