This paper investigates the determinant of Milk demand and consumer information. Using the annual time series data for the period of 1975~2000, the milk demand is estimated and prognosed. Annual per capital liquid milk consumption has now stabilised at around 35kg, but there is an on-going shift toward consumption of Dairy products. The result suggests that consumption of the Dairy products increased rapidly than the Milk for liquid consumption.
