Needs and Trends of Distribution and Education of Software for Farmers in Extension Service Centers

This study aims for the improvement of farm management through various techniques using agricultural softwares. For this purposed, all extension service centers in Korea will be survey on its situations of distribution, education, and opinions on agricultural software for farmers. The farmers demands and handling ability of PC should be considered before agricultural softwares are introduced. For the farmers who has knowledge upon using software should pay continues attention. And for all the farmers who can t handle PC or software will be given an education program to be organize by oriently users. Finally, the government will support for the development of friendly user software for various distribution channels, and education opportunity will be offer to farmers who are willing to learn agricultural software.
