In this study, investigated to find optimal strategies for early implementation and progression of HACCP in Hanwoo farms by surveying 70 Hanwoo farms that had been well managed with proper recording and hygienic control systems. Several were suggested to improve the current Hanwoo farming managements. The redundant recordings of HACCP should be avoided and the skills of managerial recordings were significantly recommended to be improved. And also, for the control of hygienic problems, the cost for repair and refacilitation of HACCP control should be well planed to be minimized. As a system of HACCP authorized Hanwoo farms, the meat pricing and incentive system were suggested to be reconsidered. The current meat pricing system will not encourage Hanwoo farms to be authorized as HACCP farm due to lack of practical advantages.
