This study is to analyze impact of satisfaction on customer value, and marketing strategy in choosing the brand patterns of pro-environmental agriculture. Customer value influenced by convenience varied with brand patterns. Customer loyalty was related to not convenience but economic value and excellence. Customer realized that the Agricultural Cooperative produced the best brand of pro-environmental agricultural product.
