Agricultural environment has been continuously changing by multilateral factors (international, societal, etc.). On the other hand, biotech that is under the environment of changing tech-paradigm based on genomics has the potential to address problems not solved by conventional methods in agriculture. The purpose of this study is to grope for the application strategy of genomics to realize up-to-date agriculture by efficient using of bioresources. To set up the strategy, target technologies and tangible promoting strategy in each technology are proposed. And, the policy implication so as to process effectively the strategy is presented. Now, agricultural biotech under the new technology paradigm is creating great demand in the market despite its science-oriented characteristics. So, it is more effective for the businesses to pursuit distinctive tech-strategy to introduce innovative goods which can gain enormous market share, and eventually for the government to do a promotion of R&D capacity and a consortium for tech-innovation by increasing R&D budget and cultivating manpower.
